A 12-year-old boy told Evanston police that four teenagers robbed him as he was walking home from school in the 1300 block of Mulford Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the muggers knocked the youth to the ground, kicked him several times and stole a cell phone and cash from him before fleeing on foot.
