Police arrested a teenager at 1723 Simpson St. shortly before noon yesterday who they said was carrying a six-inch knife. He was one of several youths police stopped for questioning after a resident told them one teen showed a silver handgun in his waistband as the group walked past him in the 1600 block of Simpson.
