The annual YWomen Leadership Awards Celebration held Oct. 13 honored  Victoria Dinges, Gloria Bond Clunie, and Kelley Cambry while raising $300,000 to support the work of YWCA Evanston/North Shore.

The evening also included a film by Susan Hope Engel that highlighted the achievements of the honorees. The film can be viewed online.

In addition, Salma Martinez-Tamayo, a 2018 graduate of Evanston Township High School, was recognized as the Lorraine H. Morton Young Woman of Promise.

The YWomen Leadership Awards were created by YWCA Evanston/North Shore in 2008 to recognize, support, and promote women’s leadership and the impact women have in bringing social change to our local communities.
