Citizens’ Greener Evanston will host a forum for mayoral candidates to address issues related to the environment in Evanston. Likely topics: sustainability, achieving carbon reductions, greening Evanston for a healthier, more resilient community, natural habitat restoration, growing local food, reducing food waste and environmental justice to ensure that everyone can access green benefits. Candidates invited will be those selected by the primary election. Please come March 11, 2017 2-4pm, Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave., Evanston in the Parasol Room [4th Floor].
