Daniel Charles Douglas, 23, of 1154 W. Lunt in Chicago, was arrested at the Evanston police station, 1454 Elmwood Ave., at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday and charged with criminal sexual assault. He's due in court at 9 a.m. Monday.
