Maria Guadalupe Velasquez, 30, of 1473 W. Rascher Ave. in Chicago, was arrested at Dodge Avenue and Mulford Street at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. She’s due in court at 9 a.m. on Nov. 23.
