Evanston police arrested three motorists on Saturday and Sunday, charging them with driving under the influence of alcohol. These among the stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Traffic

Main at Judson

Christopher Alman Howard, 24, of 847 Chicago Ave., was arrested at Main Street and Judson Avenue at 8:29 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He is due in court on April 24 at 1:30 p.m.

1515 Cleveland

Rodrigo Renteria, 23, of 1241 Fowler Ave., was arrested at 1515 Cleveland St. at 7:51 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He is due in court on April 19 at 10:30 a.m.

Church at Judson

Jason T. Jarvis 30, of 805 N. LaSalle Drive, Chicago, was arrested at Church Street and Judson Avenue at 1:16 a.m. Sunday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He is due in court on April 12 at 9 a.m.

Dodge at Kirk

Mohammed Ghouse Mohiuddin, 32, of 4345 N. Austin Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Dodge Avenue and Kirk Street at 12:38 a.m. Sunday and charged with a traffic violation.

100 Ridge

Jesus Santiango, 21,, of 1704 W. Glenlake Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 100 Ridge Ave. at 11:54 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation.

Battery

1400 Brummel

Victoria L. Morrison, 51, of 1400 Brummel St., was arrested at that address at 5:44 a.m. yesterday and charged with battery. She is due in court on April 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Graffiti

600 Mulford

Graffiti was discovered on an electrical box in the 600 block of Mulford Street at 1:33 p.m. yesterday.

Murder

818 Cicero

Sandoval N. Cobian, 38, of 5817 S. Washtenaw Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 818 Cicero Ave., Chicago, at 11:55  a.m. on March 12 and charged with first-degree murder.

Shots Heard

Main at Dodge

Gunshots were reported at Main Street and Dodge Avenue at 1:54 a.m. today. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Theft

2200 Howard

Someone stole toner for a computer printer from a retail establishment in the 2200 block of Howard Street at about 8 p.m. yesterday.

1616 Sherman

Dennis Ol Wallace, 21, of 129 Elmwood Ave., was arrested at 1616 Sherman Ave. at 7:45 a.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on May 1 at 9 a.m.

1640 Chicago

Grace J. Jong, 21, of 1944 Orrington Ave., was arrested at 1640 Chicago Ave. at 4:14 p.m. Saturday and charged with retail theft. She is due in court on May 1 at 9 a.m.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
