Evanston police report four burglaries on Monday and Tuesday, along with four retail theft incidents.

Burglars took electronics and shoes from a residence in the 100 block of Asbury, but got nothing from a home in the 600 block of Case Place.

A snowblower was stolen from a garage in the 2200 block of Jenks Street accessed through an unlocked service door. An unlocked garage gave a burglar access to the car inside in the 1600 block of Madison Street, but the owner wasn’t sure whether anything was taken.

Shoplifters stole cosmetics from the Target on Howard Street, health supplies from the Walgreens on Chicago Avenue and struck twice at the CVS at Howard and Asbury, taking household goods both times.

Police reported arresting a Chicago woman on identity theft charges and an Evanston woman on retail theft charges.
