Ald. Eleanor Revelle (7th) chairs. Present are Kelly, Burns, Geracaris in the room and Nieuwsma online.
Wynne and Reid are absent.
P1 – Operating agreement for apartment hotel at 1555 Oak Ave.
This is the former King Home. Special use for the project was approved last year. The operating agreement is one of the conditions set by the special use permit.
Nieuusma says says the operator is no longer working with Wyndham, instead is contracting with a professional hotel management company that’s well regarded and well respected.
Approved 5-0 for action.
P2 – Special use for a tattoo establishment at 530 Kedzie St.
Approved 5-0 for introduction.
