A cell phone was stolen from a secured locker at Haven Middle School in the 2400 block of Prairie Avenue between 12;20 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. yesterday
1100 Chicago
Alcoholic products were stolen from the Jewell Osco grocery store in the 1100 block of Chicago Avenue around 1:30 p.m. yesterday.
1700 Orrington
A purse left unattended at a restaurant in the 1700 block of Orrington Avenue was taken between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. yesterday.
2201 Oakton
Iris Smiley, 33, of 1446 Spencer Ave., Berkeley, was arrested at 2201 Oakton St. at 4:15 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. She is due in court on Oct. 17 at 10:30 a.m.
Burglary
2500 Orrington
Cash, credit cards, and keys were taken from a vehicle in the 2500 block of Orrington Avenue between 8 p.m. Monday and midnight yesterday.
Criminal Damage
1700 Hovland
Dents were inflicted on the drivers side door of a 2011 Hyundai in the 1700 block of Hovland Court at 12:25 p.m. yesterday.
Graffiti
600 Noyes
Graffiti was found on the sidewalk in the 600 block of Noyes Street at 5:09 p.m. yesterday.
Traffic
821 Dobson
Londa L. Shamley, 58, of 700 Custer Ave., was arrested at 821 Dobson St. at 2:38 a.m. Sunday and charged with driving under the influence. She is due In court on Oct. 2 at 9 a.m.
An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
