The U.S. Supreme Court today rejected two school diversity plans that consider students’ race in making school assignments.

The assignment plan in Evanston’s School District 65 is among hundreds nationwide that could be affected by the decision.

More on the decision from the Associated Press via the New York Times and Yahoo.
