Interpersonal conflicts got out of hand in the heat on Wednesday in Evanston.

A DeKalb man arrested for assault, an Evanston man and an Evanston woman were charged with battery, and another Evanston woman was charged with domestic battery.

Those are among the incidents in Friday’s crime bulletin from Evanston police.
